May -28- Kaligandaki rurual municipality in Syangja has been affected by the second wave of corona infection. Not only the village councils but also local clubs and tolls have stepped up their activities to reduce the risk of further infections.
Meanwhile, the Shree Pratibha Gaun Sewa Pariwar located in Masahar, Ward No. 2 of Kaligandaki rural municipality of Syangja, has sealed the Masahar area for 10 days saying that the infection rate of covid-19 is high.
The club has stated that they will be fined if they are found walking outside the house unnecessarily during the sealed period. The club has also requested the dignitaries of other neighboring villages not to enter the area during the seal period.
If there is any problem with food and other, the club has informed that if they contact the representative of the club, they will provide food and solve other problems.
For the first time in Kaligandaki, the club has announced a rule of Rs. 50 for walking without a mask and Rs. 1,000 for walking out of the village without any significant task.
It seems that the state should not be the only one to prevent corona and local organizations and individuals themselves should be aware of this
